Riesling grown on granite on Leanganook (MT Alexander) at 500 m ASL. Small amount of botrytis at a great level of maturation in second half of march. Wholebunch press very gently, fermented in barrel over 9 months, and then matured on lees for 6 more months. Racked and bottled unfiltered in June 21 .
