The blend is from a field in north Harcourt on pure granite, grown with respect for the land. Marsanne dominant with Roussanne, Viognier and a touch of Sauvignon blanc , hand picked in March and wholebunch press before barrel fermentation . The wines were matured on lees in French oak , before blending and the first addition of sulfur prior to bottling in July 2021 . The wine is ready to drink now, with a mix of fruit and oak influence , ideal for seafood matching .
