Heathcote mourvedre ,hand picked end of February. Wholebunch pressing , skins of greco di tufo and Fiano added . Fermentation in stainless steel with no addition . On lees and skins for 5 months before bottling with a small addition of sulfite in September 2021 . 12% alc. in dozen (limited)
