The grapes are grown in Heathcote , near Colbinabbin on Cambrian greenstone soil, wholebunch pressed and fermented in a demijohn for the CO2 drawing project with Cameron. Robbins . The fermenting wine was exhibited at the Upwelling exhibition in March 2020 and then finished fermentation at the coolstore in Harcourt .Fermented with no addition , the wine was bottled at the end of March with a small amount of sulfur added, and labeled with the drawing of its own fermentation, signed by Cameron Robbins . 219 bottles made .
