Grown on the granite of North Harcourt , at the base of Leanganook, the Marsanne grapes were handpicked in march 2019, and placed on straw to dry for 6 months. In September 2019 , whole bunch pressed, the very sweet juice went to ferment in French oak barrel . The fermentation progressed for 2 years, and after one more year of stabilisation , the wine was bottled unfiltered in October 2022 . 360 bot.(500mL)
