Roussanne grown in North Harcourt on granit, with respect for the land . Hand picked in March , Wholebunch press directly into French oak barrel for fermentation . Maturation on lees for 12 months. Bottled in July 2021, unfiltered and minimum sulphites added . 13% alc.vol.
