maisonLAPALUS syrah 2020 : Grown in North Harcourt( Bendigo GI) from 20 years old vines on granitic soil of the foothill of Leanganook, the syrah grapes were picked in March. 50% wholebunch fermentation with low intervention, the grapes were pressed after 18 days on skin . The wine finished fermentation in french oak barrel, and was matured in the same barrels for 12 months. Bottling in June with a small addition of sulfur (20ppm) . 13.0 % alc./vol.
